Hello, I’m a UX researcher currently researching @ AAA/ClubLabs, a membership based organization that also offers insurance, travel, & discount services. I have a cognitive science degree with a specialization in design & interaction along with a computer science minor.
My favorite research method is an ethnographic field study (though it is not done often enough) due to the precision of and the context to which insights about users can be collected.

Outside of work, I am a serial hobbyist (crochet, macrame, nails, beading... and so on). Currently fixated on learning the ways of a sewing machine to upcycle things.
